Step-by-step Relationships (7–9 years)

Does your child sometimes... …withdraw when the group gets too loud? …get angry when things don’t go their way? …or just find it hard to fit in with other kids? Many children aged 7–9 experience similar difficulties – they want to be liked, have friends, have fun… but don’t always know how. TUS is a space where we learn this step by step – through experience, play and relationships.

What will your child gain from the programme? During 10 sessions your child will: • learn to recognise and name emotions – their own and others’, • discover how to react more calmly when frustrated, • practise cooperation, asking for help, saying “no” and resolving conflicts, • build greater self-confidence in a peer group, • experience that being yourself and being together can go hand in hand. These are not lessons – they are shared experiences where every child can feel important, seen and needed.

How do we work? Classes are held in a small group (up to 8 children). Each session combines: • integration and movement games, • team games and social role-plays, • short talks and reflections tailored to the age group, • relaxation and mindfulness exercises. The whole cycle lasts 10 weeks – we meet on Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:30. Each session lasts 90 minutes.

What’s included in the programme: • 10 group sessions (90 minutes each), • materials and tools used during the classes, • written summary of progress after the cycle, • option of an initial consultation (120 PLN).

Cost: 1500 PLN for the whole cycle (10 sessions of 90 minutes each) Payment in two instalments of 750 PLN.
