Group GPSin the World of Emotions and Relationships
Year-long TUS cycles – a space where children learn to understand themselves and discover their emotions matter and can be tamed.
Not a quick fix – a wise, safe development path for your child.
Book a consultationBecause change needs time
Children need time, repetition and relationships to truly feel change. Single sessions aren't enough.
Consistent group = safety and courage to try new things
Skills practiced in real situations, not just in theory
Emotions recognized and tamed step by step, without pressure
Mental resilience built through repetition and relationship
That's exactly why our programme works like a GPS – it points the direction, but lets the child go at their own pace.
For every age – the right programme

Youngest
At this age, emotions can be like little fireworks – they appear quickly, intensely and often surprise even the child.
During the cycle, the child learns:
- Naming emotions through play and stories
- Releasing tension through movement and laughter
- Entering relationships without fear
- Resolving conflicts in a safe atmosphere

Early school
This is when the world of relationships becomes more complex. First comparisons, rivalry, and sometimes a feeling of 'not fitting in' appear.
During the cycle, the child learns:
- Self-confidence with peers
- Cooperation and joint problem-solving
- Communication – how to speak and be heard
- Strategies for tough emotions and social situations

Older kids
At this age, emotions become more complex and relationships more demanding. Children begin to intensely search for their identity and place in the group.
During the cycle, the child learns:
- Emotional regulation under stress and pressure
- Assertiveness – "no" without guilt
- Healthy relationships and boundaries
- Coping with criticism and failure
GPS = direction
not a rigid route
